The Whitney Museum of American art, that is. It was cool. The main exhibit was the
Summer of Love: Art of the Psychedelic Era exhibition. It was kinda cool, although I got bored of it after a while. I did like the Velvet Underground stuff though, and there were some swt psychedelic video presentations, although I left my LSD at home : [ Being a museum we couldnt take pictures so nothing to rly show here...
My favorite part was the Rudolf Stingel exhibit, he did this installation which was a room covered in alfoil with a huge chandeliar in the middle, and people were able to draw their names into it and stuff, it looked a bit like this:
But with a better chandelier. Anyway it was heaps cool. I also liked this other room, which I thought had a silver floor, turned out it was actually a mirror floor, and I was wearing a dress so I had to scamper through pretty quickly to avoid everyone seeing my $2 underwears.
Tonight we are going to go watch "The Princess Bride" at the movie with a view thing, they show it on the side of Brooklyn Bridge, sounds good, but its looking a bit rainy... Hmm.
